Everything is beautiful. I love the last photo with the turtle. I started recording rainfall in my rain gauge as of Jan 1. So far this year we have had 45.1 inches. May has been our driest month, and July was very hot and dry until today. Tropical storm Barry is correcting that, with over an inch since this morning. We have a semi-tropical climate with yearly rain totals between 50 and 60 inches, but overall, I think this year is wetter than average.debsgardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15656883577922890561noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8507050173444646286.post-5382906264415636992019-07-11T17:13:52.776-04:002019-07-11T17:13:52.776-04:00Thanks very much Robin ! my curiosity is now satis...Thanks very much Robin ! my curiosity is now satisfied finally ;-)CanadianGardenJoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18130452541076704075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8507050173444646286.post-11937074207686397732019-07-11T12:52:11.171-04:002019-07-11T12:52:11.171-04:00Robin .. I always pause and admire that picture of the sand dune at the bottom of your page ..
That blue bottle tree and blue flowers are so striking in your garden .. and why is it we never see those butterflies but know that they had to have been there ?
Kingston has the same strange "dome" affect .. and yes, climate change is very REAL not matter the backward nah sayers .. sad, but true.
We had no Spring and rushed into summer .. so the plants are a bit haywire to say the least ..
But we struggle on and dream of the next season (I have my Spring bulb orders in already and will probably be groaning a lot when it comes to planting them ? haha) ... oh well, it will all get done eventually right ?CanadianGardenJoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18130452541076704075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8507050173444646286.post-49792897716493929912019-06-25T15:20:40.882-04:002019-06-25T15:20:40.882-04:00Same weather here in IL! We'll be in the low 90's by the weekend. So first we're stuck indoors a lot because of the rain and now the intense heat and humidity. We just can't win! All the plants and flowers around your house look beautiful. I would love to take a tour in person and for you to tell me what everything is! ;-)Melaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08659968511488397366noreply@blogger.com
